Wholesale & OEM
We quote per order: you choose the designs, we set out the specification, packing and freight in writing. Buying from a workshop rather than a trading desk means the person who answers your question is the person who cuts and stitches the order.
Process
How a first order runs
Five stages, each with something written down before the next one starts. Nothing moves on a verbal agreement.
Pick designs
Browse the shop and note item numbers. Every product page lists material, strap width, packing and carton data.
Request a quote
Send quantities per item and the destination country. You get a written quotation covering unit price, packing and carton data.
Confirm specification
Before production we put colour, width, hardware and logo labels in writing, so both sides work from the same sheet.
Production and inspection
Goods are checked before packing. Export cartons are marked to match the carton data published on the product page.
Shipment
We ship by sea, air or express from Chinese ports, or hand the goods to your own forwarder.

What can be changed
The list below covers the parts buyers change most often. Anything outside it is still worth asking about — we will say whether the workshop can do it or not.

Private label
For brand owners we produce under your label: your logo on the product, your artwork on the packaging, your barcodes on the cartons. Minimums for custom branding depend on the design — send the item number and we confirm what applies to that piece.

- Sample before a bulk order
- Ask for a sample of the item you picked. It is the only reliable way to judge stitching, hardware weight and colour against a screen.
- Freight
- Sea, air or express from Chinese ports. If you have a forwarder, we hand over the packed cartons and the documents.
- Documents
- Commercial invoice, packing list and a test report for the material batch on request.
